Film 4:
- Despite previous decisions made as a group to use another production company, the group as a whole has decided that we will be using Film4 in order to produce our film. Reason for this stems from the excellent skill set which Film4 has with producing hybrid genre films. Examples may include Splice and Four Lions. Due to their early failures as a production company up until the year 2002, Film4 were forced to integrate with Channel 4 dramas in order to maintain the company. Because of this integration with a renown TV and film drama specialist, this skill set has been shared with film 4 and they now have access to this, making them capable of developing excellent urban dramas. Furthermore, Film4 focus on developing lower budget films which is an aspiration for our film, making this producer an excellent choice.
